I ordered this item because I wanted a thin, inexpensive digital wristwatch that I could use when gardening, doing construction projects, or cleaning my garage. This way I won't mind it getting scratched (who will notice?) or dirty (just rinse it off!). I received mine in the mail this afternoon and it appears to be a perfect choice. The case is so slim that it should fit comfortably beneath the tightest shirt cuff worn on a cold winter day when pruning fruit trees in the orchard. With only a calendar, stopwatch, and alarm, it has three large, simple buttons that make for easy setting. Aesthetically, I like its clean look because it reminds me of the first digit watch I owned in the early 1980s, before the ugly Sport and G-Shock styles became the rage. Looking at it now, I wonder if I actually used to own this model back in the day.

Can't Beat a Casio (2009-03-20)
I've lost count of how many Casio watches I've owned. Every one of them has worked perfectly until either I beat them to death or their batteries died. In either case, replacing them was the logical option.
This is the second F-91W I've owned. The first still looks and runs perfectly after almost five years. The vinyl strap finally developed a crack and it was cheaper just to buy a new watch. I expect to replace this one in, say, four or five years...with another Casio, of course.
